Lease terms can vary at Vue174. We work to offer flexible terms, when possible to meet the needs of our renters. Typical lease terms are 12-13 months.

Maximum Number of Pets: 2
Maximum Weight Limit: 75 pounds per household
Monthly Pet Fee: $35 per pet
One-Time Nonrefundable Pet Fee: $350 for the first pet, $150 for each additional pet

Breed Restrictions: No Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans Pincers, Chows, Akita, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid, or mixes of these breeds are allowed. We reserve the right to add additional breeds to this list at any time.

Yes, each apartment and townhome comes with its own private balcony or patio. 

Vue174 offers various types of parking for our residents. 

• • Townhomes include attached garages. Detached garages are also available for rent. Surface lot parking in not reserved and open parking.
